Neues Origami fürs Volk - New Origami for the people

Letzte Woche Montag hatten wir wunderbares Wetter, mit klarem blauen Himmel. Das lud förmlich dazu ein, einen Spaziergang durch den Park Sanssouci zu machen. Da ich diesmal auch endlich mal weder den Fotoapparat, noch ein paar gefaltete Modelle vergessen hatte, konnte ich die Gelegenheit auch gleich nutzen und ein paar Sachen "aussetzen". Allerdings muss ich gestehen, dass diesmal nur eines der Modelle mit Hilfe einer Anleitung aus dem Internet gefaltet wurde. Die anderen beiden stammen aus Büchern, die ich in der Potsdamer Bibliothek ausgeliehen hatte (und deren Titel ich vergessen hab... )

The weather on monday last week was really great, with a clear blue sky. This was an invitation to go for a walk in the Park Sanssouci and because this time I didn't forget my camera and some folded models, I "unleashed" some Origami there. But I'm sorry, I have to say there is only one model folded from a diagram available in the internet. The other instructions I found in books I read in the local library (and I forgot the titles... )

Das erste Bild zeigt, so viel weiß ich noch, einen Gimpel der sich auf dem Sockel einer "Flüsterbank", an der großen Fontaine vor Schloß Sanssouci niedergelassen hat. Leider war es ein bisschen windig, so dass er immer umfiel. Ich hoffe trotzdem, dass ihn jemand gefunden hat.

The first picture shows a bullfinch, sitting on the end of a "whisperersbank", at big fountain in front of the castle of sanssouci. Unfortunately it was a bit windy, so the bird fell down again and again. I hope someone found it although.

Das zweite Modell ohne Anleitung ist eine modulare Kugel in der Hand von Wilhelmine von Bayreuth, der Lieblingsschwester von Friedrich dem Großen.

The second model without diagram is a modular globe in the hand of Wilhelmine of Bayreuth, the favourit sister of Frederick the Great.

Das letzte Modell ist ein Reiher, entworfen von Gabriele Willow (die Anleitung dazu gibt es >hier< ).
